This is a Regine doppleganger from a parallel reality. In the original continuity, Regine never faced David in the first King or Queen of the Hill tournament (BWL-500). He lost to Tanya before Regine ever entered the ring, and when she finally got to enter the ring, she eventually lost to Olie and there was never any indication she was gonna make him (or anyone else) jizz either.

Ohhh, I didn’t realise there had been a King / Queen of the Hill tournament in the BSX too. Mimi refers to BWL-500 as the first BWL King / Queen of the Hill tourney in the opening panel, and I had never seen another. Serves me right for not having ever been a BSX subscriber (and since I am still not, I suppose I’ll never see the first BSX King / Queen of the Hill tourney), Thank you for clarifying, Entropy!
